Clown Girl

I’m working on some new vector illustration material. This is a piece of a larger composition. I’m going back in to some of my past works and rendering them as vector illustrations. I’ll post the finished piece soon when it’s finished.

Chicken Chili Recipe

I’m busy reworking many of my past illustrations done in watercolor and pen and ink as digital illustrations. I’m really liking how these are turning out even though I never thought that I would appreciate them as digital pieces.

Sea Otter Digital Illustration

I thought I’d try something new which is not that new for me but something different at least. I had a crazy dream about being attacked by a raging sea otter (don’t ask what that means and don’t tell me either. I don’t want to know) so I turned it into a drawing. I went about my usual process and was getting set to ink it and paint it and thought I’d give it a whirl as a digital piece. I’m quite happy with how it turned out and it was interesting to get back to the digital illustration.

Chicken Chili Recipe Sketch

Here’s a preliminary sketch for a Chicken Chili recipe. Still working on the typography and hand lettering.

A Fun Circus Parade!
Watercolor with Pen and Ink

Here’s a recent image celebrating the day at the circus. With Ringling Bros. closing down after more than 100 years, it’s the end of an era. No animal abuse going on here just some clowns with their elephant friend.

Happy New Year!

It’s time to sort through all of those New Year resolutions. Don’t worry, there’s plenty of time to forget them too.
