Rand Paul (again). The continuation in the U.S. Presidential Candidates series. The watercolor has been feeling a little heavy lately so I am trying a different approach to lighten things up and to let the pen and ink and the line work show through more prominently. I am re-creating the presidential candidates with this process and next I can continue the series with new portraits.
